Information pursuant to Art. 13 / 14 GDPR
1. Controller
The controller for the data processing on this website is the provider named in the imprint. For questions about data protection you can reach us at info@pralexrobotics.com.
2. Hosting
This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.
The website itself keeps no access logs and stores no IP addresses. Technically necessary processing of connection data at the server and network level by the hosting provider, in order to ensure secure and stable operation, cannot be fully excluded; it takes place within the framework of the data processing agreement on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Contact by email
If you contact us by email, we process the data you provide (in particular your email address and the content of your message) in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR insofar as your enquiry is aimed at concluding a contract, and otherwise our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). This data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for processing and no statutory retention obligations apply.
4. No cookies, no tracking
This website uses no cookies, no tracking, no analytics or audience measurement, and no advertising technologies. No fonts or other resources are loaded from external servers (CDNs) — all fonts are served locally from our server. For this reason, no cookie or consent banner is required.
5. SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the padlock icon in your browser's address bar and by the string "https://" in the address.
6. Your rights as a data subject
Within the limits of the legal requirements, you have the following rights: access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), and objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). To exercise these rights, an informal message to the contact address above is sufficient.
Insofar as we process personal data on the basis of legitimate interests, you have the right to object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation.
7. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
Without prejudice to other remedies, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR) if you consider that the processing of your personal data infringes the GDPR. The authority responsible is usually the supervisory authority of the federal state in which the controller is based. For us this is:
